Title: Finally joined 21st century....

....and got the internet at home.  About time.  Hopefully in the near future I will be able to join in on a skype call...or at the very least not have to wait till monday at work to post.

That is so odd. I've had some sort of computer to computer access since '89 in my home. Welcome to the world at your fingertips

Wow.. Darth I had no idea you didn't have internet at home. No internet at home sends shivers down my spine :) Congrats on finally getting it. Now the question do you have dial up, DSL or Cable?

DSL....It was a matter of finances, time, space in the house and making sure the kids wouldn't have free rein of it.  I must say...it is nice, I am sitting on the couch watching Star Trek: Enterprise...In a Mirror Darkly that I DVR'ed on Thursday while visiting my favorite boards.  Sometimes technology aint so bad.
