How do you play any of these Trek albums without getting in trouble?

The general rule is if you play snippets (usually under one minute) they don't have a problem with it.  Also, since this Podcast is not being "sold" generally again no one will have a problem with you.  It's a bit of a hazy area.  Now if I took whole CD's, digitized them and uploaded a true full audio quality show with those they would not like that.  Last, there is legal precedent for using small parts of TV, movies, books, music, etc. for purposes of review.  Which is basically what I do.  Bottomline, I'm not even on their radar.  And if anything I'm a cheap and free promotion for their products.  In fact, they should pay me!   ;D
