Wow. It reads so well! Great mix of voices too.

I obviously need to apologise to Dan though. Sounds like he drew the short straw and got the longest Galdar speech ever. I could feel his throat shredding as he talked!

Sorry!

I love writing Galdar's voice but I wouldn't fancy reading it...or I guess I could read it but I wouldn't attempt to dramatise it at all.

Oh Feathers, you can do it. :) Give it a shot.

What? Deny everyone else the obvious fun they have with it? I'm not that cruel.

In the wise words of my Nana, "can't never did 'cause can't never tired." That's Texas talk for: you can't do it because you haven't tried it yet :D

Or how 'bout this one? It's my favorite "Nanaism"... I use to tell my metalsmithing students this: "Make it over, throw it out...make it do or do without."

There's nothing quite like the wisdom of grandparents!

The other option I could take is to retire as a writer so I could provide audio comments as a litener again. Still no Galdar impressions via that route though :)

Yeah, I've semi done that. Can't write and do a bunch of audio readings... so I backed off the audio readings. I still want to do some but can't record as many as I have been.

Actually, my main problems with readings is where and when. With five in the house, we don't do 'quiet' very often or well so getting time to record even a comment is a challenge.
