Just stare at the dot.  When you see the castle, keep staring at the dot for a few seconds then take your focus off the dot.

Your retina becomes taxed by the staring and allows for the opposite cones and rods to become active. when that happens, it turns the black and white castle image into a color version.

What's interesting  - as long as you keep staring at the dot the picture stays in color.  Didn't expect that.
