Yup, enjoying it. I'm glad this is a SyFy show. They'll give it the chance it deserves.

Yep, it will actually have time to create a good story rather than doing it by the month....
Ripley: Ash. Any suggestions from you or Mother?
Ash: No, we're still collating.
Ripley: [Laughing in disbelief] You're what? You're still collating? I find that hard to believe.

I liked the way they did the back and forth with showing the girl and the big robot/cylon in the first series episode.  Really cool way to show it I thought.  Haven't seen the most recent episode yet, but the show is intriguing me so far.
Yes that was a good touch.  What will rope me in, will be somehow working in the final 5 or hints of them.   Tricia Helfer wouldn't hurt either..

It leads to a little bit of an interesting perspective change when they substitute one for the other but it's a neat idea. I don't think it's wholly original to Caprica, but I can't place where else I've seen similar.

I know it's unnusual here but I don't have a podcast of my own.

I think Caprica has really taken off the last couple episodes.  For a bit I was worried it was just a soap opera with some Sci-fi in it.  But now I really think it's starting to speak in it's own voice and move the plot down the direction that leads to the Cylon rebellion.

I decided to make an STO wallpaper, it is 1240x 560

So how do you guys like it?

The last episode was so good. I'm glad we finally got to see a different colony cause that's really what I was hoping to get from this series.  We never really learned much about the 11 other colonies other than some were quite religious.

I just hope the end game isn't that they are going to put poor teenage girls' avatars in each cylon to make them work.  Cause in that case, I think I could have predicted they'd rebel.  lol

It is nice to see Turon, I think the lead cylon will be a teenager but the base code will be some zealot, why else would STO want the program not the robot.

Well put. I'm especially enjoying the "Tamara In V-World" storyline. Reminds me of some of the better cyberpunk novels I've read. I'm hoping the series gets the chance to grow. :)

I like the Tamara stuff too.  But I find myself really enjoying the way they continue to blend the robot looking-Cylon Zoe with the real girl acting the part.  Loved the bit at the end of the recent episode with her and the dog.  Great stuff.

I agree! It's cool that the dog still seems to recognize her, despite her new form.  And the ending of the episode gave me goosebumps.  :)

The V-World Tamara almost seems like it could be a mini series
I was really waiting for someone to figure out that Zoe was the cylon. I like the idea of creating a virtual DNA for the Cylons to be all different, better then an army of Teenagers... I am hopping Zoe tells the lab guy who she is, I am liking where it is all going.
