My interest was flagging until the last 10 minutes:
When Mrs. Greystone asked 'Which God?' of the Sister character - and then the 1 word question 'Zoe?'..

Somehow I don't think Mrs. Greystone knows she is a monotheist. It could also be that she is having a faith crisis. I also think he FINALLY figured out that his super killer robot is really his daughter.
I know we've had a very long discussion about this in the past, but I was wondering what you guys think of how they handle the same sex relationships in this show. Personally, I really do like the way they approach it as being perfectly normal and acceptable without making a big deal, it just seems like another part of the world.

Not to mention the multiple partner relations going on.  I'm ok with it all, but I think it needs to be fleshed out a bit more.  No pun intended.  ;)

Yes they incorporated Heinlein's 'Polyamory' - multi-person marriages to heart.  What I like is they don't come off as preachy or 'PC' in this show, it is just part of the background.

Yeah, that;s what's so cool, it seems so normal that you don't even notice it. I'd really like to get Kenny's take on this.

It is great that Taurons but accept same sex marriage because Sam seems to be super Tauron. Am I the only one that saw Taurons as much of the minorities? The tatoos are Polynesian, the gang is Mexican or Italian, etc

The Taurons seems to be Sicilian \ Greek \ Arabic - or a Mediterranean rim alloy with Maori touches tossed in!

I should have said pacific islander then Polynesian, more vague, I love the tattoo designs though. Their cities look European, their culture is pacific islander, and gang Italian or Mexican. Its fun to see the elements of different cultures together

That last episode was really intense.  What did people think about it?  I had a bit of a hard time even watching the part near the end with the final test Daniel gave to the robot/Cylon.

Yeah that was good - I thought for sure she would break.  It is starting to pick up for me.  New Cap City is pretty interesting:
Although I think Joseph Adama's guide in New Caprica may be his daughter
One thing I don't quite get completely is why she (Zoe) is so angry with her father?  I mean she is really, really mad at him.

I think she is mad so that the producers can tap into the potential of teenage angst and self absorption.  :)  You ask a good question - perhaps it is the classic rich girl rebelling against the establishment.
I don't think this is a spoiler but better safe then sorry. She is mad at him cause he took her from the V world into a robot. Also I think the guide is the assistant from the office, that gave him the info from his original guide
