I vaguely remember this, I am not sure if I ever saw it, but had heard about it. Looks pretty cheap.
After Christmas I picked up both Bill and Ted movies on DVD, I had been waiting the past few years for a good price, and finally at 4.99 I decided it was good enough LOL.

I didn't know they made this into a TV series.. when did it air and on what channel?

I think it was a weeknight on fox in 1992.
