My good friends had a baby today.  She is beautiful.  Can you believe we are so small when we are born?

Yes - very nice pictures and I agree with Jen.  That is a big baby.  And I have seen my share of newborns.  Congrats to the family!

She was 8 pounds 6 ounces.  :)  For a first baby, that is a lot!
