Character History

Lorna grew up in a very eductade family. Her family are all medics, though her mother has taken the command route aboard the medical ship they  serve. Her father is a now a Admiral but once served as a battle field Doctor. She graduated from Starfleet along side Joseph D'Callan. The  pair built up a relationship but the floundered when it became clear she loved her career more than him. Lorna made sure she was the one picted for service aboard the USS Prometheus (NCC-71201) by fixing Josephs drink the  night before and so he missed the interview. Six months later she came clean to him and Joseph turned his back on her, refusing to turn her in he simply gave her the choice to do the right thing. She did the right thing for herself and stayed quiet furthering her career. The last contact she made with D'callan was telling him that she still loved him, he ignored all transmitions from that date onwards.
Quickly promoted she worked her way up the ladder of command and is nor the XO aboard the USS
