Hot Wheels is doing a nice little line of Trek ships in metal.  Price is good and they look pretty nice.  I think I've seen these in Toy R Us too.  Here's the Enterprise refit one.

Here's a group shop of some of the others:

I have the refit and Reliant sitting here on my desk at work! :)

Yeah - I wasn't sure you had those or the model kits.  And by your desk at work, do you mean at home?  Or do you go into an office these days?

LOL! I'm here in my work office 99% of the time. I only work from home maybe 1-2 times per month, although I probably could more. I have them here at work, a small display of my geek pride!

Was it like that before you changed companies too awhile back?

Yes, but the remote access was clunky. I had to log into Parallels and fire up Windows in order to get on to my workstation as it wasn't Mac compatible. Here I can use Safari. So I can see my account, place trades, see email, research. It's great!

The link's broken but they seem to still be available for the most part (though some are flagged as sold out).

Hmmm, I'm tempted :)

I know it's unnusual here but I don't have a podcast of my own.

Hmmm. $14.99 + $22.95 shipping. That's maybe getting a little expensive.

May have to find a more local source.

It's a nice little model, Mike, but NOT worth that. :)

Rico

You should be able to find some of them locally in stores.
