We're staying with friends for the weekend. He's English, she's American...and tomorrow is 4th July.

Will sparks fly as she wins her independence for the day? ;) Is there any protocol I need to observe?

(All in fun, of course!)

I know it's unnusual here but I don't have a podcast of my own.

I promote "Americans hate on British day" tomorrow via Twitter.  Celebrate by being overly rude to your fellow Brit follower in the great American way.  By being obnoxious >_<....
* Kingisaaclinksr turns off joking text  I am JUST KIDDING.  :D

Ok, in all seriousness, I don't think there is any protocol.  Just accept the fact that we beat you and we'll all get along happily.

:P

Well, I don't think you can really celebrate a holiday that is very specific to one country when you are visiting another country.

I think that if she celebrates Guy Fawkes night around a bonfire - he can reciprocate..  :)
