Thanks guys! It's been an awesome day. If this all closes correctly, this will be my new place around the beginning of next year. It's everything from the southern road to the north where there is an invisible line running through the image to mark the northern border. West and east are flanked by the trees and I have a nice cluster in the north west.

Talk about an interesting birthday present. My daughter is already planning treehouses and fishing trips.

not really, we are looking to raise rabbits, but that's going to be a very tiny piece of real estate to do it.
