Looks like the Enterprise will be making an appearance in the Rose Parade this year.  Cool!

Star Trek Part of Paramount's Rose Parade Float

Paramount Pictures is celebrating its centennial with a special float titled "100 Years of Movie Magic" for the Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena, California next week. And as Star Trek has been a major part of Paramount's history for the last century, a USS Enterprise will feature prominently on their float. This will be Paramount's first time in the Rose Parade.

Are you really asking me that question?  ;)

The primary hull, secondary hull are also different.  I'm wondering if this means that the next Trek movie will use pretty much the same 2009 Enterprise again?

They look the same to me. I think any differences are just logistics of the people making the float, I wouldn't put any stock one way or another as to the look of the ship in the next movie. There is a good thread discussing that over on the RPF. I would think they will likely keep the ship the same but address that abortion of an engine room and maybe come a consensus o n the scale of the ship. That would be nice.

Rico

I'm speaking more about the exterior look and design of the ship for the next movie, not what's inside.  I'm sure we will see some new interiors, maybe a new engine room - maybe the bowling alley.  :)
It's been unclear so far how much time will suppose to have passed for the crew.  I'm guessing maybe a couple years.  Which probably means not a hugely different Enterprise considering they just built the thing.

I'm doubtful they'll address the engine room.  I'll just bet JJ likes messing with the trekkies :P  (Just kidding)

No but I doubt we'll see much for changes either.
