Haha, to some artists it may be rude. But in this case, it's almost an inside joke, so I'll explain.  I get into selling art at a few craft/creative products fares and whatnot, and for the last few years, crafters and designers have been pasting or embroidering an owl on everything from handbags to stockings to urns and selling them for it.  This piece is a poke at the trend.

In "real life", I'm an aerospace engineer contractor for NASA satellite operations. In my offline fandom life, I run a local Star Trek fan group. I'm also a paranormal investigator. And either of those is much more interesting than what I do to pay the bills. Really.
