I have a new favorite movie quote, from "The Departed".

Mark Wahlberg comes into a room and starts yelling about someone's mistake.

The man says "Who the #!*@ are you?"

Wahlberg's character's reply is "I'm the guy who does his job.  You must be the other guy."

It's going to take all my self-control not to use that line at work.

I have thought of another one that I love from a movie that I love:

Grosse Point Blank

Debbie's Dad: "So what do you do for a living?"

Martin:  "Professional Killer."

Debbie's Dad:  "Ahh good....it's growth industry."

I love that exchange.

Oh and any of Bill Paxton's (Hudson) lines in the movie Aliens.
I think it was Socrates who spoke the immortal words:  I drank WHAT?

Trekkygeek

Game over man. Game f*&%^% over. We're all dead. Love it ;)
You could learn something from Mr Spock Doctor..... Stop thinking with your glands"

Darth Gaos

Ripley:  "this girl has survived for the last 4(?) weeks..."

Hudson:  "Why don't ya put her in charge?"

from earlier in the movie Aliens

Hudson:  "Hey Vasquez, have you ever been mistaken for a man?"

Vasquez:  "No...Have you?"

A very quotable movie, that one.

Difficult. The first one that comes to mind is from Buckaroo Banzai:

"No matter where you go...there you are."

I wish they could have made a sequel to that movie.

Obi-Wan" "These aren't the droids you're looking for..."
Yep this is the one I use the most -
You know how to whistle, don't you, Steve? You just put your lips together and blow." Lauren Bacall - Lady was hot! TO HAVE AND TO HAVE NOT
The stuff that dreams are made of. THE MALTESE FALCON
I am big!  It's the pictures that got small. SUNSET BLVD.
Gentlemen, you can't fight in here! This is the War Room! DR. STRANGELOVE
I love the Buckaroo quote! excellent - When my husband was having cancer therapy we watched the Marx Brothers everyday - Those guys saved my life! LOL
I think the surest sign that there is intelligent life out there in the universe is that none of it has tried to contact us.

Cool! She was one hot lady and the sparks between her and Bogart are so obvious, my Grandmother thought that movie was smutty! LOL

Hah! My brother and I used to bandy that one back and forth.

It's not my favorite, but it always cracks me up:

"Leave my elevator alone!!!"  :-D

Here's a few more classic ones...I love Audrey Hepburn movies, Charade is my favorite of her films.

Audrey Hepburn: "You're blocking my view."
Cary Grant: "Ohh... which view would you prefer?"
Audrey Hepburn: "The one you're blocking."

Cary Grant: "Is there a Mr. Lampert?"
Audrey Hepburn: "Yes."
Cary Grant: "Good for you."
Audrey Hepburn: "No it isn't, I'm getting a divorce."
Cary Grant: "Please! Not on my account."

Her response to Cary Grant's pick up line:
"I already know an awful lot of people and until one of them dies I couldn't possibly meet anyone else. "

Cary Grant:
"Well, if anyone goes on the critical list, let me know. "
