Character History

Casey lived a happy life up until his late teens. He lived aboard a series of different Starships and Starbases with his parents who were both Starfleet Officers. His life was happy that is, until the battle at Wolf 359. Only three weeks before the battle Casey left his parents for his final year at Starfleet Academy, then that faithful day his world collapsed, his family was killed on the starship he once called home.

After a year out from the academy he returned to complete his education with a new found drive to do his family proud. He excelled in the Medical Sciences, as well as Star Fleet Diplomacy and Galactic Law, as well as Iconian Archeology.

Graduating with degrees in Vulcan, Klingon and Betazed Medicine: and Starfleet Law and Diplomacy and has received several Citations in Alien Xenobiology from the Vulcan Academy of Science. He has even lectured to first Year StarFleet Students on Xenobiology and Iconian History.

Dr. Peterson was awarded The Purple Heart after Mission Two for being wounded in the Line of Duty while trying to save a fellow crewmenber.

Dr. Peterson was reasigned to Starfleet Medical after recovering from a genetically engineered virus that he contracted on Mission Five. This Virus also infected the gel packs of the USS Tiberius forcing the destruction of the ship in order to contain it and prevent its spread to Vulcan.

While waiting for reassignment to a new ship Doctor Peterson took a teaching assignment at Starfleet Academy and taught Advanced Surgical skills to fourth year Medical students. During this time, Doctor Peterson was Married to Myella O'leary, who is a certified Pathologist.

After Teaching for a year on earth, Casey was reassigned to The USS Arabella at the end of Season 6, where he is currently serving as the CMO

No I will continue to post in season 3, thanks for the concern though, My Post in season three was just me doing a bit of character building of my character, I do plan to continue to post as often as I can in season 3.
