I don't know. My son Andrew and I are at a loss. I think it looks like a ladies hair in a bun and part of a hand. Could be DS9 or Voyager... might be the TNG episode with Picard's girlfriend from Astrometrics.

I'm having issues even narrowing down the series. All I can say is it is not TOS and probably not Enterprise.

I assume from Rico's comment about me not getting it right away and I'm a huge Voyager fan I would say it's a scene from Voyager.
