I don't know.  My son Andrew and I are at a loss.  I think it looks like a ladies hair in a bun and part of a hand.  Could be DS9 or Voyager... might be the TNG episode with Picard's girlfriend from Astrometrics.

I don't remember Nella wearing a red outfit.  The hair is closer but the lips are wrong.  Hmmmm....

Only other guess is Kira

I thought Seven also.. but the mouth and cheek isn't right.

hmmm the more I look at it the more I do think it's seven.. I know there is an episode where Chakotey takes her hair out of the tight bun. If that's the case then it's Voyager season seven.
