Oh my.  I sort of recall that show, but it's been forever and I'm not even sure I watched it regularly.  I think the girl/ghost was like a dead actress/starlet and the guy moved into the place she used to live.  I think.  Pretty hazy in my mind right now.  Good tough one Jen.
