Character History:

Chad was born on Bajora about 3 years after the occupation by Cardassians.  His family however was killed on Deep Space Nine when they went to visit it during an attack by a Kligon Fleet.  Chad had been ill on Bajora during the incident.  Afterwards, he was put in a foster home and raised in a somewhat happy environment even with war all around him.  When he got old enough, he joined Starfleet academy and was assigned to the Tiberius. 

Unlike most Bajorans, Chad is different.  He doesn't crave revenge for what the Cardassians did to his home world.  He is happy with what he is doing.  So far there have been no transporter accidents when he has been working the controls. 

As he was the Ensign who saw Isaac collapse in the Mess Hall, Chad has been keeping an eye on the young ensign.  His concerns for Ensign Starstriker grow by the day and he hopes to help him by finally introducing himself to Isaac as soon as possible.
