Really intense epsisode, for sure, although I too am questioning Zoe's motivation. Her actions at the end of the episode, what she was willing to do juts to stay hidden from her father I found hard to accept. Still riviting stuff, though. I'm not so much digging the Adama story line right now, but we'll see where that heads.

I kind of agree, but she later explains that she knew it wasn't really loaded. I think that sort of balanced it out for me.

Yeah.  But the creepy part is she sort of said she might of gone through with it anyway, even if the gun was loaded.  Yikes!

Gah! I've been scratching my head over these posts and just realised you're talking about the episode that airs tonight over here. Perhaps I should have thought of that BEFORE reading...

Oh well :(

I know it's unnusual here but I don't have a podcast of my own.

Your right, Chris, I forgot about that at the end.

She said she would have shot her father, not the dog, but I think that's excusable given that your dad is telling you to shoot your dog.

Is that what she said?  It was a bit hard to catch.  I thought she had just said something like she wasn't sure.  Have to watch that bit again.

she said she knew and the robot knew there were blanks in that gun and she might have shot Dr. Greystone if it weren't blanks. I want her to finally tell him "DADDY IM HERE" so they will have an elite crime fighting duo...just saying :P

Does anyone else find the toaster-loving grad. student helping Dr. Greystone a tad creepy?  I apologize up front for saying this...I just cannot resist...does that make him 'Robo-sexual'?

;)

Hey you!  Stop your groaning over there!  It wasn't that bad.

I guess this just isn't grabbing me quite so much now. Still haven't seen this weeks but not for any particular reason other than other shows have had prioirty. I'm not giving up by any means but it's an interesting against which to measure my enjoyment of a show.

I know it's unnusual here but I don't have a podcast of my own.

You know, I liked this weeks episode. The show has a lot of weak parts, I can't stand the Mom, but other parts I am finding good.

In the same way as they did for BSG, SyFy is releasing a podcast for Caprica. In the last one I heard, they put forward the idea that the show will have undergone a little bit of a change in direction since episode seven to give it a little more of a direction. Does this fit anyone's experience of recent episodes?
