That book is already out - I've read it.  I think this is just the paperback version.

Overall it was kind of fun, but not what you might be expecting.  It was one of the book club entries here so check that section of the forum out.

Everything on the list sounds great with the exception of Collision Course being released in paperback (I didn't like the book at all) and the re-release of the Crucible Trilogy now in hardcover. Just the opposite of the way Pocket usually does business and since I collect all Star Trek hardcovers they have me between a rock and a hard place as to whether I want to spend another $20 on a trilogy that only the first book (McCoy) was really any good. I hate it when they do stuff like this even if they are adding additional material. I doubt the additional material can much improve the Spock or Kirk entries. Anyway, I am looking forward to everything else on the list!

Any new New Frontier book should be kind of fun...if not a little wierd in places.
