Nominees for 2008 Emmys

This is why I disagree with award shows.  Highly disagree with choices and some actors which do a crappy job still get awarded.  Or they simply don't need it.  (been awarded like 100s of times).

Well I would have to disagree with you on this.. just because a person is nominated and you don't agree with them doesn't mean they don't deserve it. I think every nominatee deserves it I just wish they had a wider selection from all genres. And no one in the history of award shows has ever been awarded 100's of times. So if someone had five Oscars and were nominated for a sixth one for an unbelievable performace you don't think they should get it.. should they cap how many awards a person can win in his or her lifetime?

I'm not saying they should put a cap on it, its just that sometimes it feels like actors are awarded the awards because its expected.  Whether they deserve it or not.  Just my feeling.

Well we don't get the Emmy's over here but i do take an interest in them. One of my all time fav shows (as you know, hint my name) is MASH and i remember that show winning something every year and Alan Alda must have tons of awards. For me though i have really got into Boston Legal. Ok so at first it was because the Shatner is in it but i really do enjoy the show especially the final scenes between Shatner and Spader. So for me I hope Boston Legal wins at least something.
