I like your thinking Chris but i doubt it's Her purely because of her enthusiasm for travelling with The Doctor. If we are to take the canon into account She was / is the president of Gallifrey . Still you never know. So what about the Knock four times.

When you "go human" don't you lose all your memories and become entrenched in a new life?

Feathers

From what I remember, they haven't touched on the theft o the TARDIS at all in the new series. It's one of those thing that was originally developed yerars ago and has then been dropped.

Cool of them to bring it up. I wonder if it was a throw away line, or something that they plan to play on on future specials?

I know it's unnusual here but I don't have a podcast of my own.

When you "go human" you still have memories, faint ones but they are still there. I'd love to see her back. The Doctor stole the Tardis (mark 40 model) to escape Gallifrey. Though because it's so out of date it would be destroyed if he hadn't stole it. The Tardis is alive and so is the closest and longest running companion.

Dangelus

Finally watched this (even though I'm not yet caught up on previous shows!) and apart from a couple of niggles
Why would 'fly' aliens with no external ears have bluetooth-style commincation earpieces as part of their onboard kit?
I thought it was great.

Really looking forward to more specials.

Feathers

Wow. Interesting question, I hadn't thought of your spoiler!

Erm...is the answer 'because they do?'

Ooh. That bit on the end was more than we saw on saturday. Thanks for that.

I dont believe thats an official trailer. Think the last bit is made up. Good editing but the knock four times is not who you think it is. Or is it?

So the next special is called The Water Of Mars. Take a good look at those words then see if you come up with the same title as i do. It's an anagram of
War Of The Master
Now that's interesting.

Feathers

Was it Water or Waters?

Interesting nontheless. Was the anagram all your own work?

I know it's unnusual here but I don't have a podcast of my own.

I'll be honest no Mike. I heard it on the Who Cast. I'm not that good ha ha.

So it looks like Catherine Tate is going to be in the last episodes of DT's reign...WHY? Bernie Cribbins yes, great idea but why Tate. Look we all know my feelings towards her but she had a good last story, it was sad, it was moving and it made the point that she would die and the end of the world would (probably) happen if she saw the Doctor again so dont bring her back. For me its a weakness in RTD's writing that he feels the need to rely on old companions just to justify the story. BELT UP. You need a new companion in the last story, one the new Doctor can bounce off so lets get fresh.

Feathers

How can they bring her back after all the careful work they did to close down her story?

I'm with Meds on this one.

I know it's unnusual here but I don't have a podcast of my own.

One comment I forgot to make on the Easter special was on the item that really took me away from the story - the number 200 bus doesn't go to Victoria!

The 200 runs between Raynes Park and Colliers Wood (through the middle of Wimbledon) and it always has as far as I can remember. It's also a single deck service. Knowing that, for some reason it really knocked me out of the story for a moment when I saw the bus route they were using.

How hard would have been to research London bus routes and pick one that was appropriate for the area where the story started?

It's a small thing, I know :)

Well luckily for the Millions and Millions of other viewers we won't notice that the bus' route was incorrect.:)
