Very interesting costume choices. I like the Doctor's new ensemble for the most part, but I'm not quite sure how I feel about Matt Smith wearing a bowtie...

I LOVE the new TARDIS, but not yet sold on the Doctor's outfit.

The new Tardis is closer to an actual real life Police Box. You'll notice on the right hand side there is a small circle, this is the St John Ambualance sign.
Here are some real life Police Boxes, the first is at Avoncroft which is about 5 mins away from me which is fun becasue i get to go and hug it 9i have no shame)

Don't want to rain on anyone's parade but I think Dr.Who's next season might suck. He looks like he regenerated and took a poor old man's clothes from his closet.

How can you judge how the series is going to do from the four or five photos we have seen. I for one will wait and see.. I loved Christopher Eccleston and when I heard David Tennant was taking over I wasn't happy.. but then I loved Tennant.. and not happy that he is leaving but I expect I'll love Matt Smith after his series airs. You should never judge a book by it's cover.. guess will find out next year.

I agree with Kenny. Actually i love the look, it's very classic Doctor. Slightly off the wall, eccentric. He's over a 1000 years old remember so he's allowed to mix and match his clothes it's not like he goes to wallmart shopping. :-)

I jut think I won't be able to get behind the fact that the youngest doctor is wearing the oldest looking clothes. If it was an older guy then that looks perfect I think he should wear what Christopher Eccleston wore, matches the younger looking doctor. I will probably become a huge fan but right now I have doubts.

Remember this. The 9th Doctor is wearing battle gear. He's in black, he's just come out of a war, that's what his clothing represents. You think this costume looks weird, go back and look at the 6th Doctors coat, Woah that is terrible.

the celery? I just don't like how it looks like he is wearing a coat older then him, shows how young he is.
and now for something completely different...

has anyone wondered how they are going to add River Song to this? She had a wonderful life with the doctor but the next 3 "movies" probably won't explain it. I am thinking the 12th or 13th doctor will mysteriously look like an older Tenant. Oh and will the series end at 13th or will he be resurrected by the time lords?

You know i can explain the celery but i'm not going to lol. Well River Song (his wife ?) Knows about his regenerations so it's most likely going to be a later incarnation of even the alternate version of the 10th Doctor. In fact i have a feeling all is not how it seems with River Song , i think it's someone who is going to be very dark. Now what about the Tardis?

What about the TARDIS? It seems odd it got more rigid I thought they were just going to change the "desktop theme" as Hartell called it in "Children in need" But how can it get more rigid?
