Been listening to Texas Swing. Played Tennesee Waltz and Faded Love on my fiddle tonight. I used to be pretty good (my friends used to call me Dixie Chick), but after 10 years I'm a bit rusty. My fingers know what to do but my brain doesn't want to trust them. Just need to practice a little to shake off the dust. Here's some of my favorite Texas Swing music. I used to burn it up in high school but my fiddle belonged to my great grandfather (it's a hundred years old) and I didn't want to lose it or break it when I went off to college (roommates and all).
