Here's Jamie and I before the start of the Nathan's Tempe Triathlon! Jamie did the Sprint distance and finished 3rd in her AG and I did the Olympic distance and won my AG and was the 2nd overall age grouper!

Those are speed suits used for non-wetsuit legal swims. In triathlon, if the water temp is above 78 degrees, you can't use a wetsuit, which provides a ton of buoyancy and speed. These are legal and we wear them over our race uniforms and take them off before we get on the bike.

You know Bryan, you maybe onto something there. I keep telling myself "tomorrow" and for awhile I actually did start running every other day for a good 3 months, but it only takes a few days off....
