"Out of this World" exhibit preview - pics

My friend Mark and I went to see this exhibit of mainly costumes from TV & film today at the Henry Ford museum. It's a set of stuff on loan from the Seattle Science Fiction Museum and Hall of Fame. Some really cool items. I took a lot of pictures and some video too. I'm going to compile it into a mini or full podcast sometime. But here's a little sneak peak at some of my pics.

I know that the costume changed from film to film (esp. for episode III), but you have a better eye than I do, man. :) How can you tell the difference? Is it from the chest panel, the shoulder/upper chest piece, or what?

I've seen many of those in Seattle some time back, but the Science Fiction Museum doesn't allow cameras inside (what a bummer) or I would have had plenty of pictures to show. Cool pictures though.

The shape of the helmet and the grips on the lightsaber. The chest boxes were aslo different, but I don't know how to tell with those. The shoulder armor had different paint job as well. I also know that's the helmet Paul Allen collected. :)
