Hitting 10,000!

Well, I just hit 10,000 posts on the forum!  I just want to say once again how great it is to have this place to share what I love and talk about it with good friends.  All of you make my days a bit brighter and have been especially helpful these last few weeks.  I just want you all to know that and how much I appreciate how solid a group of people you all are and how much respect I have for each of you.  Ok, that's enough before I need a tissue.

Congrats on hitting the big 10,000

You have created such a warm and loving environment for us geeks, nerds, and even dorks to socialize with like minded folks. By allowing us to contribute to your wonderful vision that is the Treks in sci fi podcast it has inspired many (me included) to pursue our own adventure through the world of podcasting and I thank you for the bottom of my heart. I couldn't imagine my life without my Treksf family.

Anyway, thanks for all you do here and running such a fun place. I may not post in every thread but I bet I read close to 80% of every post on here!

I'm not exactly sure how to take that or what you meant.  I certainly don't consider what I do here as wasted time - nor do I ever feel the need to "get it back."  Just as I don't feel spending time and conversing with friends (even online) as wasted time - ever.

I agree, it's all about the people (wierd bunch that we are ;)). Thanks for putting this together and maintaining your interest in it to the strong degree that you have. Your solid presence and 'leading from the front' is very much responsible for making this the place it has become

Yeah! Congrats Rico! I guess it's official...I'm NEVER going to catch up to you in posts! ;) Thank you for creating such an awesome forum and podcast!
I love this place and the people I've 'met' here.  You all are great friends, even if I've never actually met anyone in person..except for KC. :D  One of these days we'll have to start a yearly Treks In Sci-Fi  Reunion in Vegas at the new Star Trek The Experience!  :vulcan
