Just watched the video of Matt Smith's brief interview. I'm really beginning to respect him and his ideas. He has a different vision of the Doctor and I think that it works, especially with the new take on the series. I'm going to have to see if I can watch anything else he's been in.

Meds, I'm totally jealous that you guys are getting a sneak peak. At the same time, do I want spoilers? Yes? No? Yes? What will happen once it hits Youtube? Oh, this is going to a terrible-yet-brief predicament. :P

He was interviewed by Jonathan Ross last night and a couple of buts were shown there. Even as an actor he comes across as somewhat otherworldly and I can easily see what attracted the team to him for the role. Ven being himself I could accept that he might be a 900+ year old alien so if he can take that quality into the role, things are looking good.
