If you remember, at the end of last season, they only resolved the universe ending by creating a new Big Bang. They never solved who took over the TARDIS. That's still an ongoing thread. Remember, Moffatt is known for setting things up SEASONS before the payoff. Look at Riversong.

<edit> Going back to look at the poster again, it doesn't exactly look like the crack in time. It looks more like some kind of lightning. I could be wrong though, just what it looks like to me.</edit>

I noticed my TIVO recorded a Doctor Who special with Matt Smith over the weekend from BBC America.  Something called the Best of Doctor Who.  Did you guys in the UK get that?

No its three specials for America only. First one is Best of The Doctor, second is best of The MOnsters and third is Best of The Companions. Not sure if this covers all Dr Who or just the new series from 2005.

It's only covering the new Doctor.. it's to promote the new series only

Just watched the teaser trailer for Let's Kill Hitler.. gave me chills.. can't wait for Who to return.
