I have seen the TARDIS in the Red Dwarf landing bay...It wasn't on the broadcast version, but appears on the DVD. I think it's Marrooned (but maybe wrong) and it's at 6mins and 2 secs....or there abouts

Yeah....it was confirmed on one of the commentaries and has been officially confirmed by the FX team.

As for the episodes,....this shot is from Demons and Angels. Just looked at the picture to spot that!! But I believe it was used in other episodes too.   :P

BTW, it's not the larger blue rectangle. It is literally just the tiny blue bit at the end of the arrow

There are some shots with it on the other side too. Closer inspection will reveal these to be the same actual shot which has been reversed. You can tell by the mirror image writing on Starbugs side :)
