I really like this new look, its all silky and smooth. Big Thumbs up. I did notice when i opened up a spoiler tag from a old link I had to highlight the words to read them. This must be loads of hard work to do  this kind of change.

I see that now too Meds about spoiler tags text color (I think it's doing it on new spoiler tags too).  I'll see if I can fix that somehow.  Glad you like the new look!

Rico

Ok - got the spoiler text color changed now.  Made it red since I thought that made it look all secret and special!
Why are you reading this?  Go see "Super 8" now!
Meds

Ooooo red thats the cheeky colour lol ;)

The smileys are showing the same emotions as ones shown before, but these ones just look different. Just by a little :D

Funny that I never even knew that the spoiler tag was gone. Weird. :o

Odd.

I'm seeing Up/Down scroll bars alongside all posts with embedded emoticons!

I know it's unnusual here but I don't have a podcast of my own.

Looking good!

Sounds like it's been a little hard work porting the forum over, are there any benefits to you as an administrator upgrading or is it just for cosmetic reasons?

Yes, there are benefits.  The design (inside the admin area) is cleaner, but also more robust.  They've been working on SMF 2.0 for years now and it has a lot of "under the hood" tweaks that make it run better.  Also, there are more available mods and things for it too.  The "looks" is just a new theme I'm using and have tweaked a little.  So yeah, lots of pluses.

Hmmm, that's an odd one.  I'll turn the news fader off for now until I can work on that.

I fear change, and realize I'm outvoted, but I liked the way it was before.

Hey...nothing wrong with having an opposing view! Heck I'm quite usually on the opposite side in many topics. It just happens that in this case I'm not.  ;D
