Pixar By the Numbers
By Max Evry | June 22, 2011 |

There are very few things in this life you can count on, but one of them is that when the folks at Pixar makes a movie, you know they'll hit it right out of the damn park.

The CGI animation division of Disney has the best track record in the business and is known for retaining a story-centric level of quality control as intricate and precise as the Sistine Chapel -- but with more talking animals.

As Pixar's latest model of perfection, "Cars 2," rolls off the assembly line, we decided to rev our engines and compile all the facts you'll ever need to know about the studio. Read on to learn the secret of Pixar's success, or at least to overload on the almost embarrassing amount of success it's had.

484,000 - Approximate number of Google search results combining the phrase "A Bug's Life" and the word "communism." Just thought we'd point that out, not that we're suggesting anything. Nope. Nothing at all.
