I’ve been missing hearing from some of you.\u00a0 I wanted to pass on some information on upcoming events for the Podcast and the “Treks in Sci-Fi”<\/a> web site and forums.\u00a0 This coming weekend on the podcast I will be covering the film, “Star Trek: First Contact.”\u00a0 One of the best of the Next Generation movies in my opinion.\u00a0 The weekend following coming out on August 3rd I will be doing another video podcast.\u00a0 Here’s your chance to submit a video entry and let everyone know about a favorite Trek episode you love.\u00a0 Keep them around 5 minutes or shorter please and get them in by August 1st.\u00a0 It will be a lot of fun to hear and see from many of you on this topic.\u00a0 Also, look for more contests, a special “Stargate” cast, another live show, and much more in the next several weeks as we continue to get closer to big show # 200 and over three years of the podcast!\u00a0 And don’t foget a new season of the forum RPG will be starting in a few weeks so now is your chance to jump on board.\u00a0 Check out the forums<\/a> for this and more – especially if you haven’t dropped in recently.\u00a0 Make sure to drop by the Daily Blog’s I have set up too.\u00a0 The ‘Trek Daily Pic’<\/a> and the ‘Babes & Hunks of Sci-Fi & Fantasy’<\/a> are both a lot of fun.\u00a0 I’m always open for submissions for them too.<\/p>\n
