For this week, it’s a sort of a “cliff notes” version of the podcast as we briefly look at the Enterprise episode “Bounty”<\/a> from season two. \u00a0I start out by covering some recent news in geekdom, and talk more about “Into Darkness” too. \u00a0I’ve seen the movie three times now and enjoyed it each time. \u00a0There are a few bothersome little things in the film, but overall I’m liking it a great deal. \u00a0One of the big stories in the last couple of days is Matt Smith leaving “Doctor Who.” \u00a0This is sad news and I was hoping we were going to get one more season with this fantastic actor\/Doctor. \u00a0But it’s exciting to see who will be coming in now to play the good Doctor.<\/p>\n Then it’s on to our brief look at “Bounty” from Enterprise. \u00a0Two stories are going on in this one. \u00a0The Captain has been taken by a Tellarite bounty hunter and T’Pol is going through an induced pon farr due to a microbe. \u00a0Both stories are exciting and fun to watch. \u00a0Sorry I couldn’t do a full episode commentary this week – but I give you a synopsis of the episode and some behind the scenes info too. \u00a0Hope you enjoy this quick look at the episode. \u00a0I wrap up the podcast with a look at what’s coming in the weeks ahead. \u00a0Make sure to tune in next week when Rick Moyer and Jen (from Anomaly<\/a>) will be here to look at the 1979 pilot to “Buck Rogers in the 25th Century.”<\/a> \u00a0Can’t wait to listen to this one! \u00a0Take care until then and enjoy your week ahead.<\/p>\n
