On this classic style podcast, I cover the Enterprise episode, “Divergence.”<\/a> \u00a0This is a follow up to the episode I covered last month. \u00a0I also chat a bit about the recent new film that I just saw yesterday, “Thor: The Dark World.”<\/a> \u00a0It’s a good follow up to the first “Thor” film and lots of fun. \u00a0There are two extra scenes during the credits so stay until the very end. \u00a0We have a music segment by Vartok this week too with some “After Earth”<\/a> music from the film. \u00a0After a couple other topics I then move on to do a commentary on the Enterprise episode for this week.<\/p>\n The episode “Divergence” is the second part to the two-part Klingon augment story that started with “Affliction.” \u00a0These fourth season episodes attempt to explain the Klingon forehead ridges situation and why they didn’t have them in TOS, but have them in some of Enterprise and all the other series and films. \u00a0There are several stories going on in this episode and I like how it all comes together. \u00a0There is also some good action and effects stuff with the Klingons fighting Enterprise and Columbia too. \u00a0A solid episode and fun to watch again.<\/p>\n I wrap up the podcast this week with a quick collectible review of the “Codex” statue made by QMx Collectibles<\/a>. \u00a0This is based on the Felicia Day Codex character from her web series called, “The Guild.”<\/a> \u00a0It’s nicely made and stands about 8 inches high. \u00a0Comes with her staff and a cool photo of Felicia with the statue too. \u00a0Very nice and an item I’ve wanted to get for awhile. \u00a0That wraps things up for this week. \u00a0Next week, Mark will be here with a look at the classic SF film, “Kronos.” \u00a0And don’t forget, I will be at Austin Comic Con on Nov. 22nd – 24th. \u00a0Hope to see some of you there. \u00a0Enjoy your week ahead and take care.<\/p>\n![\"\"](\"http:\/\/www.treksinscifi.com\/images\/codex1.jpg\")
