This week on the podcast I look at a great episode of Voyager called “Infinite Regress”<\/a> and talk about the usual geeky topics. \u00a0First up, I talk about some movies and play some TV spots to both the upcoming “Robocop” film and also from “The Lego Movie.” \u00a0Looking forward to seeing both of those. \u00a0Next up I run down what I’m enjoying on TV lately and also comment about all the great stuff on the air these days. \u00a0Make sure to check out the latest Trek fan film, “Lolani” HERE<\/a> too. \u00a0Then I move on to the Voyager episode and commentary for this podcast.<\/p>\n This Voyager episode takes place in season five of the series and the main focus is on 7 of 9 (played expertly by Jeri Ryan) in this episode. \u00a0Our favorite former Borg drone comes down with a multiple personality disorder as previous assimilated species start to take control of her mind and body. \u00a0Turns out it is due to an alien virus meant to attack the Borg and Seven is infected by this same problem. \u00a0I like this one a lot and most of that is from watching actress Jeri Ryan portray so many different characters that are so different from her normal role on the show. \u00a0Really a great, fun, and dramatic episode and I enjoyed watching it again while commenting along with the show.<\/p>\n Next week, I will return with Chris as we cover the second Conan film called “Conan the Destroyer.” \u00a0Until then take care and enjoy your week.<\/p>\n Song at the end of today’s podcast is called “Into the Cube” by Warp 11<\/a> from their “Borgasm” album.<\/p>\n
