This week I’m back doing a solo show talking about all the cool new “Trek” shows on TV.  Specifically “The Orville”<\/a> on FOX and more on “Star Trek: Discovery”<\/a> as well as even more geeky goodness.  I start out this week talking about the new “Blade Runner 2049”<\/a> film and how much I love that world and the original film (hint – I like this new movie a lot too).  The world of “Blade Runner” is fascinating to me and it was great to be back in it.  I comment about more on “Star Trek: Discovery” which is turning into a very interesting show.  Then it’s on to the main topic.<\/p>\n

“The Orville” at first seemed like it was going to be just a Trek-like comedy but it’s quickly turning into much more than that.  Seth MacFarlane is adding in some real drama and messages to his stories.  I like the cast and characters and this is turning out to be a cool new show.  I play a few clips, talk about the characters and give you my thoughts on the show so far.  Hope you enjoy it.<\/p>\n
