Podcast # 377 – “Sleeping Dogs” – 1203.25

A classic style podcast today with a look at the first season “Enterprise” episode called “Sleeping Dogs” with a full commentary too.  I start off the show talking about my excitement to see “The Hunger Games” movies (just finished and loved the book).  I also pass on some Trek news for the new movie and talk about the wall of secrecy that JJ Abrams has put up (literally too).  I hit on some TV shows too like the awesome series, “The Walking Dead” and the return of the great “Fringe” too.  Then it’s on to the Trek episode.

This episode of Enterprise is a solid outing.  It’s a first season episode and you can see the characters and actors starting to find their way better and working well together as a team.  I like the trio of Malcolm, Hoshi, and T’Pol on the away mission together.  It’s fun to see them interact and try and keep calm while they investigate a derelict ship they discover.  We also get some Klingons in this episode too – which is always a good thing.  Overall it’s mainly a stand alone episode and one I enjoyed watching again.  I hope everyone enjoys hearing my comments and following along with the episode as I talk about it.

Make sure to tune in next week when Rick Moyer will be covering a Trek episode and much more fun stuff too – I’m sure.  Take care and enjoy your week ahead.
