For this week, it’s a sort of a “cliff notes” version of the podcast as we briefly look at the Enterprise episode “Bounty” from season two. I start out by covering some recent news in geekdom, and talk more about “Into Darkness” too. I’ve seen the movie three times now and enjoyed it each time. There are a few bothersome little things in the film, but overall I’m liking it a great deal. One of the big stories in the last couple of days is Matt Smith leaving “Doctor Who.” This is sad news and I was hoping we were going to get one more season with this fantastic actor/Doctor. But it’s exciting to see who will be coming in now to play the good Doctor.
Then it’s on to our brief look at “Bounty” from Enterprise. Two stories are going on in this one. The Captain has been taken by a Tellarite bounty hunter and T’Pol is going through an induced pon farr due to a microbe. Both stories are exciting and fun to watch. Sorry I couldn’t do a full episode commentary this week – but I give you a synopsis of the episode and some behind the scenes info too. Hope you enjoy this quick look at the episode. I wrap up the podcast with a look at what’s coming in the weeks ahead.
