This week, Chris and I get on Skype to talk all about superhero films. We start off the show with a detailed (and spoiler-filled) look at the “Man of Steel” film. We share our opinions on this latest entry in a long line of adaptations of this character into film. Chris shares what he thought of the film and I also comment on what I think worked and didn’t work as well. It’s a very fun discussion. Then we delve into running down the ‘modern’ era of superhero movies over the last 13 years or so. It’s a long list of films and actually the majority of them are pretty good (but some are not so great too). Again, there will be spoilers all through this podcast, so you have been warned. It’s a mega-sized long show this week, but I think it’s a great discussion and shows how much we love these movies.
