This week we have a classic style TSF podcast for all of you. First, I chat some about the latest TV and movies I have seen. I’m going to see “Jurassic World” later on today and excited for that one. Lots of cool things still coming this summer at the theater and on TV as well – like “Game of Thrones” (which has been nuts lately). I’m enjoy it all and it’s a great time to be a geek!
Then I cover the third season “Deep Space nine” episode called, “Destiny.” This basically is about three Cardassian scientists who come to DS9 in order to install a radio relay on the other side of the wormhole but there is a gloom and doom prophecy to deal with too involving Sisko and the Prophets. It’s a cool episode and it’s always great to get back to the world of DS9 for a rewatch of an episode.
I wrap up the show with a quick look at two Pop! vinyl little action figures from Funco. I recently dipped my toe into this collectible realm and pick up a Han Solo and Slave Leia figure. They are pretty cool and I probably will have to buy more now.
