James Horner is well-known for his scores to two Star Trek films, Braveheart, Avatar, Titanic, Aliens, The Rocketeer, and so much more. His score for James Cameron’s Titanic is the best-selling orchestral film soundtrack of all time. James was active between 1978 and 2015, unfortunately dying at age 61 while performing acrobatic moves in his private stunt airplane. James has 164 credits on the IMDB and He won two Academy Awards, six Grammy Awards, two Golden Globes, three Satellite Awards, three Saturn Awards, and was nominated for three BAFTA Awards. His music scores are known for eliciting emotions.
