Podcast # 822 – MOVIES 2021 – 2106.13

This week a quick updated look at the movies still coming in the last half of 2021 to the movie theater. I start off with a quick rundown of what I’ve been watching on TV and streaming services lately. Then I talk about the genre movies coming out for the rest of this year (and yes, four Marvel movies). I mainly used this list HERE as a reference as I briefly talked about the films I’m excited to see and go back to the theaters to do just that! Hope you enjoy this week’s show.

Next weekend will be either a repeat podcast or a skip week. I’ll be back with a new show in two weeks when I cover DISCO episode number 3. Until then, stay safe and get vaccinated if you can and haven’t yet.

Podcast # 821 – “Architects Of Fear” – 2106.06

This week my main man Mark is back with another great podcast about another classic episode of “The Outer Limits.” Here are some words from Mark about his latest show.

Hello Everybody!  This is Mark Daniels from the Great Pacific Northwest.  I’m back this week with another episode of “The Outer Limits.”  This week’s episode is “The Architects of Fear”, starring Robert Culp and Geraldine Brooks.  This episode is always one of the top three favorite episodes of the series.  It’s classic science fiction at its best.  I hope you all enjoy it. I’ll be back soon with some more classic science fiction.Until then…Stay safe and stay healthy…This is M-5 signing off…

Big thanks once again to Mark for another great podcast. I’ll be back next week with a rundown on upcoming films we are getting during the rest of 2021. Until next time, enjoy your week ahead.

Podcast # 819 – EMPIRE Revisit – 2105.23

This week a blast from the past show. I decided to put out a repeat episode of my review podcast of “The Empire Strikes Back” that I recorded way back in 2006! We just hit the 41st anniversary of the release of what is maybe the greatest “Star Wars” movie of all time and I thought it would be fun to put this podcast out again. Hope you enjoy it.

Next week I’m planning on doing a vidcast covering the revamped movie schedule for the rest of 2021. A TON of movies are coming including 4 movies from Marvel, a new James Bond movie and more. Until next time stay safe and get that vaccination if you haven’t yet and are able to get one. Take care.

Podcast # 818 – Streaming TV – 2105.16

This week I cover some of the recent streaming TV I’ve been enjoying and watching. Most of the shows I talk about have just started recently or maybe just wrapped up. I know there are way too many streaming services out there, but if you try a few of the shows I discuss I think you will find them to be worthy of your time. In the last year when many of us haven’t been going out much it’s been nice to have good entertainment to keep us company.

That’s about it for this week. Please seriously consider getting vaccinated if you haven’t yet and it’s available in your country. Next week will be a guest cast or a repeat episode. Until next time, take care and be safe.

Podcast # 817 – “ALIAS” – 2105.09

This week I sit down with my good friend Jen from the Anomaly Podcast to talk about one of our favorite TV series which is “Alias” that amazingly first started airing about 20 years back in 2001. We talk about our first times watching the show, some of our memories about it and give a general overview of this cool spy series. We also talk about the music, the fashion, the tech and the style of the show if it still holds up today (quick answer – it does). We also talk about a few other topics towards the end of the podcast too. Big thanks to Jen for chatting me about one of our favorite TV series.

I announce the TSF Patreon contest winner at the end of the podcast this week too. Next week I do say on the podcast that next week would probably be a guest cast, but I think I’ll be back with a show myself next week too. Until then, stay safe and please get vaccinated – if you can.

Podcast # 816 – “Picard: Remembrance” – 2104.25

This week on the podcast I cover the first episode of “Star Trek: Picard” with full commentary. I start off by talking a bit about what I’ve been watching and a few other related things. Then it’s on to the Trek episode. I really liked watching this first episode of “Picard” called “Remembrance” again and now remembered how much they crammed into this 45 minute first show. I really liked this series a lot and this was a great first episode I think as it sets things up well and makes you wanting more too. Hope you enjoy the commentary.

Next weekend will be a guest cast or maybe repeat episode. I’m still working on the schedule for May but should have some more fun things coming your way. Until next time, stay safe, get vaccinated if you can and haven’t and enjoy your week ahead.
